By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Qonsistic service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the service.

If you use Qonsistic on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Qonsistic provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that may include lead generation, AI sales agent workflows, outreach sequences, proposal generation, meeting scheduling, CRM functionality, and related reporting tools.

The exact features available to you depend on the subscription, package limits, and integrations enabled on your account. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time where reasonably necessary to maintain or develop the platform.

To access protected areas of the service, you must register an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Qonsistic. If local law requires a minimum age for contracting, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

You agree to use Qonsistic only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.

• You must not use the platform to send unlawful spam or deceptive communications.
• You must not violate privacy, consumer protection, marketing, or anti-spam rules in the jurisdictions where you operate.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• You must not use Qonsistic to infringe another party's intellectual property or contractual rights.
• You must not resell, sublicense, or share paid access unless explicitly authorised by us in writing.

Responsibility for outreach content

You remain responsible for the campaigns, messaging, contacts, and automations configured in your workspace, including content created or suggested by AI features.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at the time of purchase. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise Qonsistic and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any applicable add-ons.

Free trial

We may offer free trials to eligible users. Trial eligibility, duration, feature access, and conversion rules may depend on your account settings and the billing configuration active at the time you subscribe.

Cancellation and renewal

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time.

Failed payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry billing, restrict premium features, or suspend access until your account is brought back into good standing.

Qonsistic and its underlying software, branding, interface design, and platform functionality remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business data, lead data, prompts, campaign materials, and other content you upload or generate through your account. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and support the service.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, product feedback, or feature ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qonsistic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable subscription during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Qonsistic harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or breach of applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes to the platform. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, platform, or your account email.

Your continued use of Qonsistic after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
