Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?
No. The dedicated free plan is activated separately from the paid packages, so you can start there first and only add payment details when you choose a paid subscription.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is any unique prospect record created by Qonsistic from any source. A business found on Google Maps, a profile pulled from LinkedIn, and a job posting found on Upwork each count as one lead.
Is the AI agent included on all plans?
Yes. The full AI sales agent — including email reply, client Q&A, proposal generation, and meeting booking — is included on every plan@if ($freePlanExists), including the dedicated free plan@endif.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
How does the annual plan work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and are 20% cheaper than the equivalent monthly plan. You can pay by card or bank transfer for enterprise plans.
